First things first, how do you like the new look of the site? I was playing around yesterday with the different themes on WordPress and I came up with this one. I was getting a little tired of the black and red. Besides, this gives us the chance to look at some very yummy pictures of one sexy Swede. 🙂 I will be going back and re-editing the pages I have already posted. Because of this site, I can now add the pictures I used for inspiration while writing my stories. Check out the pages for IHH and Resolutions to see what I’ve done.
If you haven’t noticed by now, I put song lyrics at the start of each chapter of IHH. Each set of lyrics helps guide me with what I want to write in the chapter. With that being said, I’m looking for song recommendations and perhaps the lyrics you think would specifically fit the story. If there is a song you think would fit our favorite couple send it to me. It can be any song, any genre, any artist….I do not discriminate. I’d like a good variety of songs; songs about love, loss, friendship, life, whatever you think will work to shape this story.
I already have a list of songs I’m considering using, but I can always use more. Music is an important part of my life; it is how I met my husband. We both used to work as mobile wedding disc jockeys. So I have two requests for you: (1) do not send me overly cheesy love songs and (2) do not send me The Lady In Red. I hate that song!!!!!! If you don’t know the song, you’re lucky!!
Thanks for your help, and keep checking back to see what’s coming up!
P.S. – Here’s a hint about the next chapter 😉
Well, I wanna make love to you tonight
I can’t wait ’til the morning has come
And I know that the time is just right
And straight into my arms you will run
And when you come my heart will be waiting
To make sure that you’re never alone
There and then all my dreams will come true, dear
There and then I will make you my own
And every time I touch you, you just tremble inside
And I know how much you want me that you can’t hide
Can I just have one a’ more Moondance with you, my love
Can I just make some more romance with a-you, my love
~ Moondance by Van Morrison
